If I've been chosen by my managers as a Neighborhood Expert at Applebee's, does that automatically make me an Expert in the new Applebee's category here on AB?

Kind of like the salad stuff balanced out the fried chicken as far as fat and calories--ya sure.

I think it's called the Fried Chicken Salad. Apparently, some franchises (or franchise groups) have it, others don't. The franchise group I worked for removed it from the menu. The top Applebee's Corporation makes a menu with several core items and some optional items, and each franchise group is allowed to leave the optional items off of their menu, if they feel there isn't enough demand in the franchises they control.
The Applebee's I worked at was part of a huge franchise group, based in Georgia, and actually expanding into Europe at the time I left. The franchise group decided to eliminate the Fried Chicken Salad, despite the fact that at our location, it was the most popular salad. We had a lot of upset customers.
