there are more wars and more ppl have been killed because of religious differences than any other reasons - lets cherish the difference between us all and dance with each other !

This is where your wrong rigby. Actually God commanded his people to wear there best clothing to worship him. If all you have is rags to wear then he will honor that but if you have something very nice then wear it This is what God asks of us. What in life would have a better purpose to dress up then to worship Jesus. If you really Love Jesus with your whole heart then you will give him your best. Thanks have a great Day, and No I'm not in a cult, Cults Don't see the dead raised, the deaf hear again and the lame walk. Yeah that's all happened at my church which just happens to be pentecostal. OH and I've seen people with no chance of surviving cancer live years longer than the doctors say. Sorry but this sounds too much like a religion with followers hungry for Jesus than a cult. People need to watch what they say until they experience true worship and anointing.

personally, i wouldnt want to go to a church where i was told what to wear or who to talk to
by rigby on November 18th, 2008
first, of all. you probably shouldn't say something if you don't know what you're talking about. i've been going to a pentecostal church for three years, and i still continue to wear makeup, i still continue to wear pants, and i still continue to cut my hair, and the people of the church don't criticize me or put me down for it ever. pentecostal people are loving. they love everyone and the people who do wear skirts and don't cut there hair do it for God, not because a mortal man tells them they have to. no is ever forced to do anything, it is all strictly choices made by yourself through the willingness and holiness of God, but honestly don't believe that i'm going to be condemned to hell because i decided to wear a pair of pants. being this way is a commitment to God. strictly a way of reaching out to people, and being committed to God 'til the end. no one tells you who to talk, and no one tells you what to wear except the maker. the one and only.

I know a lot about the pentecostal church so i can give my opinion- however, the 'good church going, clothing restricted,God fearing people' i know (not pentecostal btw) are two-faced , liars, cheats, dopers and i prefer not to have anything to do with them. They have harassed me, called me names, left nasty messages on my phone, stalked me and made people i love miserable. All because my beliefs are different. Their God will take care of them. Nobody will change my opinion on this.
