I've been in a relationship for 7 years but my girlfriend says she isn't comfortable enough with me to get married. I know we love each other tremendously but I don't want a roommate/girlfriend anymore either. What should I do?

This is a tough situation. First ask her why she isn't comfortable with marrying you. Find out if it's you personally or marriage itself. If she says she never wants to be married, and you do, then there is some serious consideration that has to take place. I once dated a guy who said he never wanted to get married. Eight years later, he's still not even close to walking down the aisle with anyone. I am very glad we ended things back then. Look at all the time I would have wasted waiting on him to change his mind.
