A cure for very dry skin is water, drink lots and lots of water (of course stay close to the bathroom). Skin is like a sponge what happens when the sponge drys? Although what your describing sounds like severe sun damage and you should see a dermatologist. A dermalogist can put you on a good medical plan. If you cant get to a drematologist then get medicated lip balm for the lips and try pure Vitamin E on the rest of your face. Wash your face a couple times a day and apply the Vitamin E then apply a sunblock with atleast a 30 uva/uvb protectant and WEAR A HAT when outside!!! When this clears up you can also try Ester-C cream daily. Still use the sunblock no matter what the weather!
