HOW DO I REPLACE LOCK SYLINDER ON 94' FORD ESCORT?

take the inner door lining off and then slip your hand along the rear of the lock you will feel a slim metal plate holding it tight to the inner door skin.

pull this plate away by sliding it towards you and all the lock will come free
