There is a medication called BUCALCIDE that I can get here in Puerto Rico over the counter, without a prescription. It is an anesthetic spray with a mint taste that will relieves the pain and kill throat germs. Maybe it is available in your area. It comes in a spray bottle. It works great!
My throat hurts a little, but not bad. what are some everyday healthy foods that won't hurt?
