    You know i am going to disagree with the first five words of your question.

    This is an untrue statement.

    I had rather let 1,000 go free, rather than convict one innocent person.

    • Around here they just lock'em all up and let the drunk judge figure it all out. Sometime they dont show up for court which is great for using up all the tax dollars to do useful things in the community..

    • Every jurisdiction has its own problems. if you live in a rural area, this is likely to happen. living in a big city makes everything accountable for the citizens and the police.
