Question

Why do I have memories and pictures in my head from stories I read years and years ago? Things that I've never really seen only imagined but I remember them sometimes like they really happened.

i can always distinguish when its a book i read - i read a book when i was 14/15 called misery by stephen king - and i have a vivid "memory" of what the room the main character was trapped in was like.

you are very lucky to have such a vivid imagination - treasure it, and do something with it! writing or painting is usually a good choice for people with active imaginations :-)
