How do you measure your muscles size?

    For you at your age? I'd suggest circumferance measurements, where you'd keep a log of mesurements over time based on flexed and non flexed muscle sizes to determine gains. If you're more serious about it than buy some calipers this you will help you dial in on the lean mass to calculate your muscle gains over time. Try GNC or a bodybuilding website this can set you back $10-25 on average. There are a few other ways of determining leans mass but they are far too expensive and accurate for your age.
