We are waiting in line to pay our electric bill. A woman opens a bag of loose coins to pay her bill, coin by coin. How should I feel?

Why should you really think anything! The art of patients can take some longer to learn than others. I dare say it was due to the lack of staff at the counter rather than the person paying with lose coins that annoyed you. I'm sure you would hope that poeple were understanding of the time you may take while paying bills etc...
