Help answer this question below.

Im 27 and I have problems with acne. I dont get zits I get white bumps and blackheads. I pick them so much im getting scares.I also have big pores.Any home remidies?

    hi
    dont pick the spots there will just get worse, i used to use a cream called STILLMANS before bed every night for at least 6 months and my marks have gone, but i do get spots often so after the spot has died I apply stillmans.
