Why was the Kiss logo redesigned for the German market?

    The band redesigned their logo for the German market because many German fans felt that the double-S logo looked too much like the logo of the Nazi secret police. All KISS albums sold in Germany bear the alternate logo.

    • Not the secret police. That was the Gestapo. The SS were more like Hitler's private army.
