Will China ever overtake the US as a super power?

    It could be possible for them to do it someday. But the government of China lacks common sense thinking that puts the population at risk. For instance, The Three Gorges Dam built to control the Yangtze River is built on a fault line. Not very smart when your trying to control that amount of water. I think they have a ways to go.

    • I think at one point in every country, they feel the need to play "keep up with the Joneses" and do unrealistic projects or policies.

    • I forgot to bump up the question. And your right. If that dam fails the loss of life may make China less of a concern for the US and around the world.
