To my knowledge no, just having a worse understanding of some laungages would most likely cause the confusion, also people who know more than one laungage can develop over lapping laungage. Ever heard someone speaking English for the first few words then Spanish or another laungage the next coupe words? reading can go the same way. try to slow down when reading and focus on the laungage that you are reading.

I don't know how one would describe being dyslexic in chinese..I suppose you could misread characters (very easy to do--at least for me).
