Help answer this question below.

Who here thinks the Hummer is just a show off car? Just because they look good, they have HORRIBLE gas mileage and cost kind-of a lot of money.

    People suffer from over-consumption of large things. (aka- Affluenza, which is a great book "Affluenza: The All-Consuming Epidemic") This causes them to believe that 'bigger is better'. It's also why people buy ridiculously large homes and don't use half the rooms for anything. It's a waste of land, just like the hummer is a waste of gas and parking space as you stated.

    What I consider amazing is that these dumb trucks aren't even good on rocky terrain.

    • Not good on rocky terrain? Really? Ever driven one in challenging terrain? I've crossed the Rubicon Trail four times and done everything difficult in Moab in mine -- in places Jeeps and land Rovers would readily flip over or lose traction.
