My first REAL sleep paralysis experience. An entity visited me while I was in between sleep and wake yesterday. It touched me, talked to me, and then entered my body and elevated one of my legs although I couldn't on my own. It burned me. I'm confused.

Yes, I can prove it. I talked with my dad many times after he died. An old friend talked with his wife for 5 years after she passed. Whe nhe got up he said good morning, when he left he told her where he was going and so on.
I nor he ever got an answer back though.
