Question

Help answer this question below.

Have you ever known anyone that every sentence they said went up at the end, like they were asking a question? Their voice gets higher at the end, like they are looking for a response? Am I the only one that notice? (and gets annoyed) by this?

This is normal to have our voices go higher at the end of a sentence when we are questioning. To someone who does it all the time--it would drive me crazy...BUT as an interesting aside it is one of the few times that the english language does use tones...the chinese language uses them with every character(syllable)...
