J.C. Penny has announced that they will take this approach in the future. At present people have been trained not to buy until the product is on sale. A lot of merchants inflate their prices between sales. This forces the buyer to read lots of sale information and only buy at certain times. Very inconvenient!

You guys will be camping outside in line for two months to get into that one. Can you imagine how long and nasty the lineup would be ?
