Do you usually get off work when you’re scheduled to? For example, if you’re scheduled to work from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, do you actually get off at 5:00 PM?

    should you? yes. if you don't unless it's less than 8 minutes you should be paid overtime. but I work for the federal government and I never get off on time and don't get paid overtime for it.
