    2.75 feet.

    2x + x + x + 4.5 = 10

    4x + 4.5 = 10

    4x = 5.5
    x = 1.375

    • 2 1/5 is wrong.

      2.2 + 1.1 + 5.6 = 8.9.

      The answer I gave is correct.
