What practices and training methods would you use to improve your serve? and how would you develop that training over a 6week period?

    Lots of throwing. You can start with tennis balls and then move on to throwing old racquets.

    Rubber band is also a great training aid to improve serve.

    And of course serve a lot. Practice accuracy, depth, consistency, different spins and different speeds.

    For 6 weeks you could focus more on fitness and coordination for 2 weeks, then 2 weeks about the same, and last 2 weeks mostly serving with an occassional feel exercise. (like serving over the fence for top spin or something similar)
