Help answer this question below.

The news reported about a victim of a hit-and-run who lay in the street & bystanders did nothing to help him, the police chief says " we no longer have a moral compass", do you feel many have lost the desire to help our fellow man in time of need?

    Most people don't help others because of liability ,time constraints or just being plan selfish; The sad part of people who don't help people expect to help when they are need. Before helping others you got to listen to your intuition.
