I got this receipe from the owner of the blueberry farm I pick from:

    Ice Box Blueberry Pie:
    3/4 cup sugar
    1/4 TB salt
    2/3 Cup water
    4-5 Cup Blueberries
    2 TB butter
    1 1/2 TB lemon juice
1/4 Cup Grand Marnier liquer (or concentrated orange juice)
    single pasrty pie shell 8-9"

combine suga and cornstarch and salt in saucepan. Add 1 cup blueberries and water. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly, boil until thick (~15min). Remove from heat and add lemon juice and Grand Marnier. Let cool. Stir in remaining blueberries into colled mixture. Fridge for 1 hour and place in pasrty shell. Fridge for 1 more hour before serving. Stores in refridgerator.

Okay! Long answer, but worth it!
    Have fun with your blueberries...
