If you limit your food intake to one meal a day, would this be a good way to lose weight?

    This is the standard USDA would like you to reach (be it that if you actually followed this you would weigh 500 pounds!) but my point is only one meal a day is definately not good! here is the USDA standard issue
    food pyramid
    Bread,Cereal,Grain,Rice,Pasta 6-11 Servings
    Fruit Group 2-4 Servings
    Vegetable Group 3-5 Servings
    Milk,Yogurt,Cheese Group 2-3 Servings
    Meat,Poultry,Fish,Dry Beans,Eggs,Nuts 2-3 Servings
    Fats,Oils,Sweets. Use Sparingly

    • Not really. The food guide pyramid is terribly flawed. I think that's pretty obvious considering how FAT the american people are since most of our focus is on high-carb high-sugar foods.
