Help answer this question below.

My nipples are sore, they have been for 4 days now, i usually get sore breast before my period but this time its just my nipples, i did miss a few pill during my cycle and had unprotected sex. could this be a sign of early pregnancy?

    Yes, it sure could. Missing a few pills here and there can trigger ovulation, so you should get a pregnancy test done.
