Help answer this question below.

Well here's my problem. i'm 17 and uncircumcised. my foreskin is too tight and when it's pulled back while i have an erection, it'll hurt a lot. i have no problem masturbating with the foreskin over my penis. is this reason enough to get circumcised?

You must see a urologist, but I would recommend 2nd and 3rd opinions if he/she suggests circumcision. There are ways of relieving the tightness of your foreskin that don't involve removal of such a large portion of skin, if any. Circumcision will also desensitize you to some degree, and who wants that?
Like i said, if anyone suggests a full circumcision, PLEASE get more opinions before commiting to this surgery!
