In pokemon emerald after I beat elite four the game ends.Maybe its because I use gameboy emulator on pc,not original gameboy?How to continue game after beating elite four?

In pokemon Blue and red there is a place were you can catch Pokemon that are L.v 126 so that is wrong with a capital W
