Question

I bought a big bag of brown rice...but it doesn't have cooking directions. Is it just like regular white rice? What ratio should I use of water/rice? (Hurry, I'm hungry!)

I have always been told to use a lot more water for brown rice because it doesn't cook as easily as white. I wish I had some directions for you! I think the water to rice ratio is 2:1.
