If a ticket was issued and the wrong county was written on the ticket, is this grounds for dismissal? If so, how do I get it dismissed?

Not about the wrong county written on the ticket- was that officer an employee of the county that you actually did break the law in(if you did)? Example- you drive 25 mph in a 25 mph zone in the officer's county- then you drive 35 ina 25 zone in another county. The officer is not an employee of the county where you broke the law- the ticket is not valid. He can be a witness, but does not any more power than you do.
