My computer has a virus.. i can't open any programs to fix it. What can i do to bypass this virus?

    here is an option, buy a second hard drive, replace your C:\ main hard drive with the new (or used) one (be sure it's set as master and install a fresh windows installation.
    next install full suit of protection (anti-virus, anti-spyware/malware, dual layer firewall and assorted stand alone virus scanners and revo uninstall.
    finally shut down and install the original hard drive as D:\ with the "jumper" in the slave position.
    your original drive now becomes just back up storage space which you now scan with your installed and already active anti-virus/spyware/malware.
    once you have slaughtered/quarintined and or destroyed most of the infection, you can backup your data from the original drive, reformat it and use it as cleaned storage
    (which i suggest you use to make a backup disk image of your new C:\ drive in case of future desaster)
    computers are delicate flowers that WILL die at some point, therefore it is prudent to have a copy, regularly updated, in a safe place
