Some Citi bank online accounts were hacked recently. Is there no 100% secure site? Can anything be hacked if you're knowledgeable enough?

You're reading I was looking through my Windows XP Registry and I noticed there were a lot of folders with "CurVer" and "CLSID" in them. Is this a virus, or malware?
