Help answer this question below.

Did you get spanked as a child by your parents or grandparents? If yes, what did you get spanked with? For me, it was a big wooden spoon by my grandmother.

    Wow, I'm really disturbed by some of what I'm reading on here. If all of these accounts are true, and most of the extreme ones on here are surely fantasies, there's a lot of people out there needing counselling, psychotherapy or whatever fast and a lot of perpetration of this violence on minors who need reporting and locking up. With a hand or using the slipper, OK I believe there is a place for it to some extent though times have moved on, but there can never be any justification for using some of the implements talked about on here, not outside S & M sessions when all parties involved are consenting adults anyway.

    I'll say where I am. I was smacked/spanked by parents and teachers between 7 and 12 back in the day when it was not just accepted but more or less expected of parents (and teachers). Then from 12 to 17 I wasn't but I wanted to be. Those feelings of wanting to be spanked grew very strong in me but it was a long time before I plucked up courage to talk about it. Then I moved in with my dad (who's easy going) and my stepmum who was strict and sometimes, it'd happen about 3 or 4 times a year, she punished me by giving me lots of slaps, through my late teens to about 20. I've no complaints about any of the ones I received I did better and was happier in some ways though not others when I had discipline and (loving) guidance in my life than when I was allowed to drift my own course when in truth I wasn't really quite ready to do it.

    And yes, I do enjoy a little mild S & M with my girl friend but it's a different trip to real time parental discipline.
