Question

Help answer this question below.

If you are on probation, and arrested for possession, but not convicted (was someone else's you were just in the car),

will they still violate you? The charges have not yet been cleared, but the person is assuming they will be since everyone was charged with possession with intent of meth. They charged everyone in the car, but only the driver had it. This is not me, but a friend. He is in jail now and wanted me to research it for him.

Ok, he did get violated, but still not indigted for the other charge. Anyone know if they can indigt since he didnt have actual possession? If I was on a jury, I wouldn't convict, unless it was on someone.
