How long does one hit of marijauna stay in your system, if you have never smoked before?

    I was a pothead for 12 years. Smoked from a .25-.50 oz a week. For 6 straight months I smoked nothing but hydroponic herb. It took almost 30 days to be able to pee clean. That's even with drinking a liter of cranberry juice and 3-4 20 oz bottles of water a day. I'm 6' and 160lbs. With that said: there are a lot of morons on this sight. ONE HIT, big or small, bong, pipe,blunt, joint, whatever. It will be out of your system within 7 days. I know because after being clean for 6 months, I took a huge bong hit. I mean HUGE HIT. I passed a drug test after 8 days for my employer. The test my employer uses is a top of the line urinalysis. I do work out, drink only water except for 2-3 soft drinks a week. So if you were "clean" and didnt smoke more than 2 hits. Drink plenty of cranberry juice, water, and workout 3-4 times till your covered in sweat. Within 7 days you'll be fine. Less than 7 days, go to a head shop, they'll help you out.
    As for the dumb @$$ 1 hit-30 day folks. Find something you know about to talk about. Like I said I was a pott head for 12 yrs. I have an 115 I.Q. Which means I know what I'm talking about.
