New Anti-troll policy on AnswerBag: How about if every new user had only 1-2 questions and only at level 3 could post more. This could make creating new accounts by trolls more tedious. And would not be much of a hassle for honest people.?

I'm not a fan of that attitude. I don't like the idea of treating newcomers like they are bad people who should go away unless they prove themselves. Why should decent people be punished for the actions of people who aren't even them?

We receive "Great Answer" notifications and never know who awarded it to us. Why can't we know why a question is pulled w/o attribution?
