    • Uppit or Upma) is a snack made of coarse wheat flour, water, groundnut oil, chilly, salt and spices. South Indian people have almost any time of the day, it's available in most restaurants. Uppit is actually quite tasty and provides energy. You can find ready to eat packets in supermarkets too.
