Help answer this question below.

I have been smoking marijuana on a regular basis for the past 2& 1/2 months . I have a drug test(urine) this friday. Is there any proven way that I can get rid of the THC?

I think you are hooped, my friend. From what I understand, a month after smoking is the safest time to be tested. That is, if you feel you must smoke...hehehe
