What is the average life span for a domestic goat?

    In captivity- death is normal when the female stops giving milk and the male stops breeding. That is when the owners figure they might as well eat them. Pets are such a small percentage that I am not saying anything about them.

    • You would be surprised how many domesticated farm animals there are in the world. I personally know of 4 other households that have animals as a fore mentioned.

    • And besides the person asked about domestic goats not about milk and slaughter. Whats the point of even giving a post when you don't even want to answer the actual question.
