    To expand on some of the answers above;
    I believe its only the order of priests in the Roman Rite of the Catholic Church that forbids its new, unwed priests from marrying. So, yes, if you are a married priest coming from another branch of Catholicism, or from another denomination like Orthodox or Presbyterian, etc...you would be a married priest in the Roman Catholic Church.
    There are a 20 or more Rites of the Catholic Church. (although most of us in the States only know Roman Catholic) and most of them have married priests. Although there are usually restrictions such as; if you become a widower, you should not remarry.
    I do think that the order of priests of the Roman Church WILL eventually lift their celibacy rule as its not essential to the priesthood. I do commend the example they strive for, though. They model themselves after Jesus and St. Paul, believing that they can better serve their flock without the distractions of a wife and family. Its a noble calling. And although the Bible never says that a priest should be celibate, it DOES recommend that those who can be unwed, should do so for the sake of the kingdom of God.
