  • Your insurance may pay for a breast reduction depending on your insurance and the reason you need the reduction. If you are over a 36DD and have back pain then see your doctor. Ask for referral to plastic surgeon concerning back pain. If you do not have insurance or do not have back pain, then the cost can be greater than 5,000 depending on the area of the country you live in.
