I have a Panasonic tau 32: CT-32LS13. won't turn on today. is this repairable, is there a reset button? it is a 2003 model.

Better late than never, but a year after you ask your question, the same thing happened to me. There is a small fuse located where the power cord plugs into the circuit board that was blown. rather than take the tv apart, I used a dremel to cut a small access hole in the back of the TV to remove the fuse. Took the fuse to radio shack and bought a new one and it works just like new.
