Not in the states I am aware of. Marriage creates a new legal adult/couple, and the parents are no longer financially or legally responsible for their child.

Those chose to be an adult and get married. Now, they have to take the good with the bad that comes with adulthood. Crying home to mommy and her fixing your boo boos is now a thing of the past.
