Gross National Product per capita is GNP divided by the population. Here's a technical definition from the World Bank: Gross national product (GNP) per capita is the dollar value of a country’s final output of goods and services in a year, divided by its population. It reflects the average income of a country’s citizens. Countries with a GNP per capita in 1998 of $9,361 or more are described as high income, between $761 and $9,360 as middle income, and $760 or less as low income. http://www.worldbank.org/depweb/english/modules/economic/gnp/index.html
