I am prepaying everything and it is insured so If I die before it's paid off, it is completely paid in pull.
-
Definitely,...but I have already taken care of that. Most burial insurance is very cheap...if you start paying it early enough.
-
Since I will just be cremated with no ceremony, yes, hubby could kick up the funds.

It's up to me .. not my family .. and yeah it's all cool :)
-
Yes. But I'd like to stay living for a few more years yet!!
-
Sure..we're going for the Econo model...water the ground thoroughly and let us slowly sink into the ground! Plant flowers on top..easy peasy short and breezy! :)
-
Yes. I would like to investigate 'green buriels' more. If it is available somewhere close to where I live, I would chose that option.
-
If I die my family could afford my funeral and be able to pay off our house loan and more. Gotta make sure they are provided for whether or not I am her on this earth or not.
-
They don't have to, are you familiar with life insurance?

Well since hubby & I work at a cemetery we have had things for in place for some time. Did a preneed at the cemetery and paid for all the services there ahead of time, graves were given to us many years ago. Plan on doing a cremation for both of us which again was done on a preneed at funeral home, plans are who ever dies first the remains goes home as we bought a double URN and then when the other passes then we can we buried together since we have already been married for almost 34 yrs. Went last month and order our headstone, should be in place by the end of the month, nice bench with a place for our picture in the middle. And there's life ins. just in case we missed any thing. Also book in safe that lays out how we want services done with songs etc.
