It's a very deep orgasm. If the clitoris is stimulated at the same time then you get the whole feeling or an external orgasm (the ones we are use to) with added depth. So intense that moaning, groaning and shouting can't be stopped. So strong that, when done right, no clitoral stimulation is needed, can orgasm off the g-spot stimulation alone (which is what causes the squirting)
