Not a chance because I would never feel comfortable visiting a foreign country without learning the language fluently.
-
sure, it would be interesting.
-
Probably, if someone was going with me.
-
I would love to go to Japan. I'd get to see a different culture, different, food, and a different way of life!
-
I wouldn't want to be on a plane for that many hrs.( I don't really know how long/assuming it's alot). I'll just go to a Japanese restaurant for a taste.
-
If I had the opportunity to travel anywhere outside the continental US, I would jump at it. I love to travel, and experiencing different cultures and ways of life is always so amazing.

-
Yes, I would. I have always wanted to go there.

Sure; it has Akihabara, the electronics district I would so love to see. Get a set of The North Star playing cards, a GX Television, the Popful Mail video game or a Sailormoon wig, it's all there.

Most definitely! I love historic places and Japan has so many. Not to mention the hot spring resorts!
-
I would...and I may very well get the chance in the next few years. I currently work for a Japan-based automobile maker, and people in my department do regularly go to Japan for meetings. . . .
-
Sure! Although I'd jump on the chance to leave the states whenever...I just want to travel. Besides, learning a different culture in a different land isnt a chance someone gets that often (well, not many).
-
Yes I would. Years ago (25 to be exact) I had the opportunity to do a Student exchange through my school for 2 months and started to learn Japanese and was looking forward to it. I then ended up changing schools and was no longer going to do the trip. I still wish I never changed schools and got that chance to go and experience the culture and see another part of the world that as yet I have not managed to get to. Only time (and money) will tell if I still go there one day. My parents have over the last 5-10 years housed Japanese and Chinese students short-term while they have stayed in New Zealand and this continues to keep my dream alive also.

I would love to visit Japan. My parents went once and loved it.
-
In a New York minute! Love the culture, the cuisine and the nightlife. Plus, I'm a real fan of the Bushido lifestyle.
-
yes for the sushi

I would never ever turn down the opportunity to travel anywhere in the world. Travel is experience and enlightenment. Just the idea of being up close and living with the culture of the Japanese is exciting on so many levels. The food, the art, the people, the clothing, the language. So much to experience in a culture. I would jump at the chance to go to Japan anyda.

I took this picture-what's not to like?
-
been there and loved it and korea, yeah I would go back...plan on moving back to korea next year some time so it would save me a plane ticket and get me most of the way there.

Yes, of course I will accept the option to go to Japan. I went to Japan in 1975 when I went there to attend a course in Agricultural Statistics for 21/2 months. I have two main reasons for my acceptance: (1) My wife has not been there and I hope to bring her along to visit this beautiful country. (2) My stay in Japan in 1975 was specifically for a course. Hence I did not see much of Japan.

Hey, I'm waiting for all of you to come for a visit. Let me know and I'll take you around Tokyo. Yuroshiku.
