shoo it out.

Pick it up with some tongs and toss it outside. Wash the tongs when you're done.

I'd put some food and water out for it! JK! I would most likely leave it be...what are the chances of it wandering up to the dining room anyway? :)

Let it roam free and use it as the restaurant mascot.

Worship it!!! I have a restaurant?!?!!?! What did you do, little salamander??!??!?!

I would fix a nice, big, habitat for it right up front. I would then call my restaurant Sally Mander's.

Put him in an aquarium for the patrons to look at.

Put him in an aquarium or just let him go in a park where he can burrow. Funny you ask about this....we just found one in our very deep window well. My son, who is only 9, wanted to keep it, so the very next day there was a free aquarium on Craigslist that my husband picked up. He's been living in it ever since. And, he's getting quite fat because my son and husband keep catching crickets for him. He's living large! He's interesting to watch and kind of fun to have around. Brett named him Ronneld. (His spelling choice!)

I would introduce it to my friend the lounge lizard.
-
if gives things a nice brown top....keeps food hot untill the server can get to it. It above the cooks head usually out the way..but convenient

Probably run away from it and let it run the restaurant for me.
