Now that I am getting to the age that my friends are getting married, I like them a lot more. It is nice to see people I grew up with settling down like I have.

I have only attended weddings of family members, and I am always thrilled to be included in the celebration.

It is more of an obligation to me. I am happy for them, but I don't really care for formal affairs.

Weddings are great. Food, dancing, celebrating, everyone is relaxing, everyone is having a good time. You have to be a pretty big grump to have a bad time at a wedding.
-
I enjoy weddings actually. It isn't an obligation for me.
-
I attend weddings that mean something to me, because I love the people involved and I am honored to be a part of the happy occasion.
-
I love attending weddings. I think they're fun.

It depends on the wedding. The one this weekend will be fun. I have attended a few that felt like the guest were getting the death sentence.

I'm not a fan of weddings. I don't understand why people spend ridiculous amounts of money on one day when they could have bought something useful like a car or a down payment on a house.
-
Weddings piss me off... It just lets me know that everyone else has what I have always wanted!!!
-
I rarely go to weddings and such..just send a gift and card expressing my regret that I could not attend their special day..lol
-
I think most are a gaudy waste of money. They only have a 1 in 4 chance of lasting and I only go because I have to.

As a general rule, I do not attend weddings (or funerals) UNLESS it is for a member of my immediate family. I just don't enjoy them. They are too long, usually hot and cost me money I don't have. Knowing that someone is happy with a life choice is as good as it gets. But I don't have to suffer through the actual birth of it...so I don't.

I love weddings. I get to share my freinds happiest day. It's a chance a dress up and party.
