  • Your body must crave sodium for some reason, perhaps a deficiency. If I were you, I would try to find a food substitute for salt though, perhaps something with lots of potassium? Eating too much salt will eventually catch up with you. I use to put salt on almost everything and suffered no ill effects until much later in life. Now I'm taking medication for high blood pressure. It WILL catch up with you!
