Both. Some geneology studies show that my 100% Irish great-great-grandmothers' family came to Ireland from Scottland. So I say both.

Both actually. My Grandfather on my Mother's side was Scottish, and my Grandfather on my father's side was Irish.

My mother was the first in her family to be born in the US. The ones before her were born in Ireland. Neither of us were raised Irish, though. She and her siblings were put up for adoption once they arrived here.

Well, I'm Native American and english, but I was adopted and they are Scottish, I think.
